Package tiers

Aivie Content comes in four packages: Core, Plus, Max and Ultra. In the setup wizard they are called Aivie Content - Core and so on. Every function is in every package. The packages differ only in how much you can use per month.

What the columns mean:

  • Keywords is the number of new keywords you can save to your keyword list per month.
  • Pages is the number of ideas the idea generator can make per month. An idea is a page that Aivie writes and publishes on its publication date.
  • Extra sources is the number of datasources you can add. See Datasources.
  • Check-in meetings per year is the number of check-in meetings that the package includes.

A month is a calendar month in UTC. The counters start again at 0 on the first of the month. Your usage, your limits and the current period are on the subscription screen, see Subscription and usage. If you hit a limit, see Limits reached.

The trial

A trial on a local host has its own, smaller limits, which apply to the whole trial of 14 days and not per month.

Changing package

You change the package in the setup wizard. Choose another package in the field Subscription and press Set up Aivie. A package can only be chosen by a member of Aivie-admin. See Setup wizard.

The new limits apply at once. Aivie changes the package of your existing subscription and keeps what you used this month, so nothing starts again at 0. When you move to a smaller package and your usage this month is already above its limits, nothing is removed or switched off. You simply cannot add more until the limit allows it again.

Partners

A site with a partner licence has no choice of package and no limits. Keywords, ideas and sources are not capped. Limits only apply when the partner assigns one of their own packages to a site. A partner package sets the monthly ideas, the monthly keywords and, optionally, the extra sources, plus a price. Check-in meetings are not part of it. See Packages (partners).
