Limits reached

Your package includes a number of keywords, pages (ideas) and extra sources. This page explains the messages you see when one of them is used up, and the message about the monthly AI allowance in the last section. The limits per package are on Package tiers. Your usage is on the Subscription screen, see Subscription and usage.

Two things hold for all limits:

• The monthly counters start again at 0 on the first of the month, in UTC.
• What you make during a trial does not count against the monthly counters of your package. A trial has its own, smaller limits for the whole trial, listed under The trial. When you enter a licence, you start with a full month.

Keyword limit reached

A notification titled Keyword limit reached appears when you add or generate keywords. It continues with You can still add number keyword(s) this month. or You cannot add any more keywords this month. During a trial it says in the trial period instead of this month. A refused save says You have reached the maximum number of keywords for this month. or You have no keywords left this month. In the trial the message is You have used the keywords of the trial period.

Cause

The keywords that your package includes for this month are used up. A keyword counts when you save it, and deleting a keyword does not give its place back.

Fix

Wait for the first of the next month, or move to a larger package: see Changing package. Choose a smaller Number to generate when you generate keywords: the dialog offers only what is left. See Keywords.

You have no ideas left this month

Pressing Auto generate answers You have no ideas left this month. The line above the tabs reads 0 of number ideas remaining, and every group card shows 0 for Ideas this month:. A package without pages answers Your current subscription includes no ideas per month.

Cause

Each idea that Aivie writes uses one of the pages (ideas) in your package. They are used up for this month. Ideas made by the monthly job and by Auto generate count the same.

During a trial there are five ideas in total. When they are made, Aivie says Your five trial ideas have been made. With a licence you carry on without this limit, and everything you have already made stays where it is.

Fix

Wait for the first of the next month, or move to a larger package. The scheduled job and Auto generate continue with what is left. See Your ideas allowance. If a run makes fewer ideas than your allowance would permit, see Fewer ideas than expected.

The extra sources limit is reached

On the Datasources screen the counter reads, for example, 3 of 3 sources, and the button + Add another is gone. A save that goes over the limit answers Your Aivie Content - Core subscription includes 3 extra sources; you now have 3. In a trial it answers During the trial you can use 1 extra source; you now have 1.

Cause

The datasources you added are as many as your package includes. A site without a package, such as a partner site that has none assigned, has no limit.

Fix

Delete a datasource you no longer need, or move to a larger package. See Source limit.

The AI allowance for this month has been used up

The chat answers with The AI allowance for this month has been used up; it is topped up on date. Contact your supplier if you want to continue sooner. The date is written out in full, such as 1 November 2026. The button Generate with AI in the media picker then reads No AI allowance left. At the AI buttons on the Keywords screen a warning titled AI allowance used up appears with the same sentence. Where the date is not known, the sentence reads The AI allowance for this month has been used up. Contact your supplier if you want to continue sooner.

Cause

The monthly AI allowance of your subscription is used up. It starts again at the date in the message, the first of the next month. The allowance does not apply to a trial or to a partner site without a package.

Fix

Wait until the date in the message. If this keeps happening before the end of the month, contact your Aivie supplier.
